Acting Company of Greenwich

About Us

The Acting Company of Greenwich, founded in 1990, continues to bring quality theater to our community.

Our artistic mission is to present classics, lesser-known works by great playwrights, rarely seen one-acts, and the occasional thought-provoking or delightful gem!

We were proud last season to be able to provide Open Caption performances for the hearing impaired, due in large part to the generosity of our community!

  • FREE Adult IMPROV CLASS
    held at The Greenwich Library

    The next date is TBD
    6:45 pm - 8:45 pm

Need a good laugh? Comedy Improv is the perfect way to forget the stresses of the day!
Improvisation is acting with no scripts, it is similar to the TV show "Who's Line is it Anyway?" There is no preparation or previous experience required. Improv is great for relaxing and thinking on your feet. This class is perfect for beginners or experienced improvers.

The class is taught by the wonderful comedy improv team - World Class Indifference. Class starts with group warm-up exercises and moves into "scenes" - everything is explained and there is no pressure to perform. You will definitely enjoy yourself and laugh!

Location: The Greenwich Library, Meeting Room on 2nd Floor, 101 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CT.

Due to the popularity of the class, a reservation is recommended, but not required. To sign up now, call Alice Bonvenuto at the Greenwich Library, 203-622-7919.
